Spoglądam na zegarek.. 8:30 . Spoglądam w kalendarz.. 2.XII . Grudzień.
Za oknem słońce wschodzi, oświetlając swym blaskiem szare budynki.
Wyobrażam sobie wschód słońca na Kilimandżaro.. To samo słońce.. a jednak inne.. Zmierza wciąż w tym samym kierunku, niestrudzone. Pozostawia po sobie odrobinę ciepła na nagim lodzie otulającym szczyt niczym płaszcz na zmarzniętej osobie..
Wyobrażam sobie wschód słońca w Pekinie.. A więc przebyło swoją drogę i tutaj.. dając radość tysiącom ludzi, dając im plony wspaniałego białego ryżu..
Jest wreszcie słońce w Sydney, w Nepalu, w Nebrasce, w Aderbeen, w Santiago, by po 24 godzinach wrócić tu z powrotem.. niezmienione. Od wieków tak samo samotne w swej wędrówce. Ależ nie.. To nie słońce przecież wędruje.. To nasza matka Ziemia sprawiedliwie rozdziela je pomiędzy krainami, by każdy mógł się nim nacieszyć i z jego darów korzystać.. Ziemia i Słońce - to już nie brzmi tak samotnie.. Para wykonująca swój wieczny taniec, na gwieździstej scenie..
